I know of two big names on here that are using AllPros
That seems to be what W2W is reccomending, so Id personally go with them.
Hope that helps

I am leaning towards the AFR because they are cnc'd on the intake and exhaust ports and the Allpro's are not (for the same price). The AFR's also flow 20 cfm more on the intake and the exhaust.

Raised rocker rails for more clearance.
You can get a longer intake surface for decking the crap outta them(<==good for the N/A guys )
I don't have the flow numbers handy, but unported they were close to that of the AFR 205's.
This Head fits what I want to do.

The All Pro's have more designed in features than the AFR's. Particular on the top side of the head where AFR spent the least amount of time engineering theirs. The AFR is a slightly glorified LS6 style top side. The All Pro heads have a thicker top side deck, with a solid deck for the rocker pedestals. The top side also has an increased height to allow for larger spring seats to get cut in without punching into the runners. The clamping areas of the head are reinforced further to help get some more mass in those areas.
The coolant jackets are smaller as well. This tightens up the area above the spark plug holes where the head likes to lift the soonest, especially when boosted. And like Brad indicated, they can be configured to order with more options. This makes some of the part selection for those heads very nice.

if your building a street car, stock short block,+ bolt ons
no question about it. the afr's
if your going racing, big cubes, high rpm, roll cage, ect.
allpro's are a more logical choice.
if your going to end up between the 2 extremes. pick the one that best fits your combo. maybe afr225's
hope this helps

I am an AFR dealer, so my opinion might be baised. However I think you couldn't go wrong with either head, but for a forced induction application you really can't beat the 3/4" trademark deck surface

I am building a 408 for my twin turbo vet. I would like to be around 800-900rwhp. I think that either of the heads will meet my needs. Both the AFR and the Allpro have the 3/4" deck. But I would like to spend my money for the better of the two for my application. I think that the Allpro might be a little stronger casting but the AFR flows better for the money. Would it be worth giving up 20 cfm for the options of the Allpro?
