Default Finally went 9's with vid

I finally got everything working went to the track for the first time with the bs3.

Vid: http://media.putfile.com/chad86

60 ft 1.57
1/8 mi 115.7mph
1/4 mile 130 mph
1/4 mile 9.97

I had to lift right around the thousand foot mark because the wastegate line blew off the back of the intake and boost started to climb fast. I think there is quite a bit more in it but they kicked me off the track so i guess i have to go get licensed etc. This was on 17-18 pounds of boost and still on stock 99 heads, only thing upgraded is the springs. Da that night was 7200 ft im going to try to make it down to a sea level track here soon to see what it will do there. Raceweight is 3900 pounds.

DA of 7200ft and your car weighs 3800lbs and you still run a 9 second time letting off?!?!?! Nice job bro!

What is the buildup on the bottom end? I assume a TH400 backing it up?

Moser 9", qa1 shocks, spohn tq arm and lca's both rod ended, airbag in right rear and stock springs, mt 28 1050w et drags, ya its pretty squirly down the track dont know if its jus tthe track prep here or not i guess well find out when i go to another track here next month. To go nines legally you need a certified chassis, 10 point cage, sfi dampner and flexplate, flexplate shield, trans shield, nhra competition licence, full firesuit, chute at 150, master electrical shutoff etc, im shure theres a few more i forgot but those are all the ones i currently have to do.
