Ok I need lots of help I want to build the best FI motor. I would buy rob's but it is tax time for me! But I am basically looking for the same thing. I want all the power but in a street car so I think I will just adjust the boost. Why bore it? and if so why not 427ci+? What is the Incon kit max boost (16)? So tell me what you guys think everything from cam, heads, block, and important parts. Any help would be great! Should I just call ARE? I have 73cfm 6.0l heads,5.7 heads, and stock ls1 & iron 6.0l blocks As well as 2 600hp turbos and 2 800hp incon turbos!

Oh I guess I didn't think about that, I have the walbro fuel pump and injectors 42lb. I want the best and if it can't run then I will change parts or turn down boost, as far as racing I am going into road corse, but street race every weekend so want the power. OH, I have a KTRE 12bolt with a 6speed and money doesn't matter after april!

It depends on how much $ you want to play with as well..
I plan on doing a cheap 346c.i. build up.... <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />
But it will handle 15psi..... <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

Well I plan to spend 4000 for my motor build up, probably a little more all depending on what little parts I decide to add while I'm in there..
Always get caught up in the "while the cars in the shop I'll do this" type of deal... <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

so the 346ci is the cheapest way go,no rebore/resleave! But power levels at what mid 600hp! That is about what harlen has a forged 348ci and Incon twins! That sound good for now... What can be done to NOT lift the heads and is ringing the heads to keep from blow out?

How come your converting your car into a drag car, or you still want it xcross?
you could do something like Harlan, built 348 with 700rwhp, this will keep the car lighter, but if you want 800rwhp+ you'd need 400ci+ probably an iron block would might hurt your Xcrossing ability.
Why not get another car and build that into a street/drag car?
or can make you current drag car streetable and use that.

800rwhp = built motor, 83 lb injectors at least, and an aftermarket pcm to control it all. You will need a complete fuel system as well, like dual intank pumps or a big external pump like the Weldon 2025 that I will be running.
You can do a 400ci motor you will make more power NA than a 346ci and then can make less boost to hit the same number.

Hey I am still autox with that race and have my1000+hp drag racer but what lots of power for my street/autox car. Allright I will go with A LS6 348ci forged block with stock big ported heads. And shoot for a max of 700hp. Thanks guys!
