I'm still here, just directing funds to a big project for a month or so.

How much on average is a sts kit coming to with all the "needed" parts?

THere are a couple. One is partial sponsorship of a Silverado SS. So far at 10psi in a 5600lb truck its at 7.35 1/8 mile. We are gonna get it in the 6's.
The other is my old '92 GMC Sierra. It has a forged 347, Patriot heads, built 4L60 ( may go th-400 with a brake), Vig 3200, our own turbo cam, Victor Jr. PT-74 mounted in the bed. We are planning on 15psi and 10's out of it. I'll pass on info as it comes.

What do you mean dynomax? They make a specific I-pipe for turbo applications? or are you referring to just plain straight pipe and having it reshaped for the car?

Yep, thats it. It is larger, so if you are just putting an STS kit on, the pipe that the turbo mounts on will go inside instead of outside. When mounted right, it will allow the turbo to be as high as possible.

The only thing i didht like about the sts kit was that i had 2 cut out 1 of my frame connetors...But i welded the 1 tube in its place hope that works...I put the kit in alone it was easy step by step...The ground clear. was a little low, so i put spring bags in the back and a 28in. drag radial...Needed it any way had no trac. Jeffboy757 yes the pipe is 2.5in

Mine is 2.75" and it reduces down to 2.5". The stock exhaust coming over the axle is 2.5". I thought it was best not to use 3" due to it affecting velocity and spool?

I just welded a bracket onto the pipe that goes over the axle so that the pipe would sit higher.
