Default A few pics of our latest Twin Turbo build.

Just thought I'd share a few progress pics of our latest build.

Engine is our Extreme 408 based off of a 6.0 iron block, AFR 225 heads, LS6 intake manifold, 236/236 113lsa cam.

Driveline is McLeod street twin, T56 rebuilds trans with G-force internals and a ford 9in rearend.

We built our custom race twin turbo system for this car with ball bearing PT-67 P-trim turbos, .81 a/r tangential, twin tial 38mm gates, tial 50mm BOV and innovative multi-stage boost controller. Building a new lower structure to support the radiator allowed us to keep the stock radiator and fans for excellent cooling on the street.

The exhaust system is dual 3in downpipes "Y'd" to a single 4in out the back to a magnaflow muffler and hidden tailpipe.

I built the intercooler with a Precision 1300hp core and 1/8in thick end tanks.

We'll be tuning the car with Big Stuff3 engine management, and we also have the stock PCM in the car with our adapter harness so the stock gauges and other functions still work.

Looks great! Is the cold side plumbing powdercoated or that a heat shedding coating?

its a shame you guys dont sell that as some kind of kit, one of the few I would consider buying. Nice work as usual.

yea, you must have it down to a science now, you've made quite a few of these and VERY impressive, what all relocations/fabrications need to be done to get the turbos up in those locations? Looks Amazing!

Thanks guys.

Power goal is 1,100+rwhp. The last combination we did that was similar to this made 1,162rwhp.

The cold side is black powdercoat and the hot side is black ceramic coating.

kp- Just bring your car over. This one came from much farther away than you are.

As far as relocations, fabrications, the A/C and ABS is removed. Relocate fuse box. Lower radiator support removed/re-fabricated, bumper support removed, holes cut in frame (compressor outlets run through 3in tubes that are welded directly through the framerails). Entire turbo system is fabricated, A/N fittings welded on heater core, and lots, lots more.

Na, the fun of it for me is building the car for the most part. I have the time, tools and ability - just not the enthusiasm

I totally agree with KP, I myself wish that you guys would offer this in some form of a kit...like all the hot side pipings, maybe?.....in a very AFFORDABLE price? LOL!......but seriously, I really wish you guys would.

With all the custom things that were done to the car and frame, it wouldn't be practical to offer this in a kit or hot parts.

Everyone would have to remove all those accessories, and cut holes in their frame....not someone wants to do if they're not a pro. I'd let the pros do the work in this kinda build.

Awesome ******* setup btw. It's almost expected that you guys are going to turn out a piece of art everytime a car rolls into your shop.

I DO realize that this particular kit is NOT exactly a direct bolt-in, but just as KP had mentioned...it is where the fun is (along w/ bunch of other DIY'ers), being able to wrench on your own car just simply makes the end result of your hardwork even sweeter, and you DON'T neccessarily have to be a PRO....but you need to be mechanically inclined, though.
