Average MPG
Also anyone want to take a stab in the dark at what kinda cruising MPG this setup should get.
96lb Inj
A1000 Pump
408 Low compression (9:1)
76mm Single Turbo
4" Downpipe to 4" Resonator for exhaust
About 325-50-15's MT Radials w/ skinny fronts
TH400 Manual Valve Body
4.11 Spool 12 Bolt
My apologies if a thread already exists, search wont work for me
Thanks guys for any guesses,
Rob
I would get between 8-11 MPG with 3.73's and 28"s out back... (325/50's)
I also think your gunna run out of Pump big time with just the A1000....
Hell even the Eliminator you would run out of Pump.....
What kind of RPM's are you going to spin that motor to??
Whay kind of HP are you looking for with a 408 and a 76mm turbo....
Kyle
how do you figure out what gears you need to run?
PG/325 MTDR's.
mainly 1/8 mile but want it gear'd to be somewhat "streetable" and be able to make it down the 1/4.

I will not even guess at my MPG. Maybe 6 miles to a gallon at the track
. Maybe just Maybe 5-6 miles to gallon on the street, but that was with 3.73's. No idea with the 3.55'sDavid
Need:
RPM (thru the traps)
Tire size
MPH (thru the traps)
Let's say
6800 rpm's
30" tires
150 MPH
= 4:05
6800 rpms
30" tires
165 MPH
= 3.68
Not sure which calculator gave you 1400mph

Your ET / MPH computed from your vehicle weight of 3,850 pounds and HP of 750 is 0.92 seconds and MPH of 1,448.64 MPH.
