do you put the oil separator before or after the PCV? And I was correct in putting the checkvalve after the PCV?
edit: Just realized the TB line (not the intake) goes to the front pass. valve cover port. So now im confused again.
What if you:
-plugged the TB port
-ran both rear valve cover ports to Catch Can (with breather?)
-made a new line that is - 3/8" size hose from intake port > Oil sep > Checkvalve > PCV > and ends going into the front pass. side valve port
The check valve is installed to prevent boost from coming out of the intake into the valve cover but to suck in vacuum as normal.
How bout it??

I went ahead and got a mcmaster carr check valve. Ill take pics of that setup when I'm done. I think it'll do fine for a 7-8psi daily driver.
7775K52 is part # if anyone is interested. Oil sep is the standard one from Home Depot.

ok, finally! some pics of mine....
the lines from the valvecovers, to the catch can (bottom two) can be seen here,
the line on the top port of the catchcan goes to a breather by the foglight, which cant be seen
of the bottom 2, one line goes to the FRONT passenger valvecover port, and the other goes to the rear drivers v/c port, and dont get them confused with the oil return line going into the oil cap, as they look the same!

this next pic shows how the port on the intake manifold goes to the pcv valve, and then goes to my STS pressure switch, which closes when in boost. the other side is connected to the rear passenger valvecover port

Allstar catch-can wich has 2- 3/8 npt fittings.
2 -10an to 3/8 npt 90 degree fittings - used on catch-can
2 -10an straight fittings - on 90 degree fittings on catch-can
2 -10an 90 degree fittings - off valve covers
about 8' of -10an hose
Na$ty Performance Valve Covers with 2 -10an male fittings welded on.
Mounted the can low for Drain purposes.

Ok in dealing with the PCV system what are all of you Single plane intake guys doing if its so important. Definatly looking for longevity on this setup.
If we changed the oil every 3,000 miles I don't see how anything would be hurt??
Kyle what that line coming from your Turbo is that anything pulling crankcase pressure???

That line is my Turbo oil feed line...
I have nothing pulling crankcase pressure.... its just vented to the atmosphere..... with the catch-can there to catch any oil..... because she does push oil under boost.....
I dont wait till 3K miles to change the oil.... mine MIGHT make it 1500-2K....
