Removed splash guard to mount the water pump and reservoir tank.

Slight mock up

Just have to secure the reservoir tank, mount and wire relay in engine bay. Then injectors should be done on Tuesday along with the hard piping for the blower/cooler.
More to come......

You could totally do that, I think you would just have to get a longer tube to reach the pump, which is mounted right next to the powercooler radiator.

Nearing the end........
Got the cooler radiator mounted, still have to secure reservoir tank and hide red pump wire.
![](http://i79.photobucket.com/albums/j130/sworaz/IMG_0904.jpg)
Mounted the powercooler bracket with some new bolts I got from F&F, the original ones were too long.
![](http://i79.photobucket.com/albums/j130/sworaz/IMG_0907.jpg)
Changing the blower pulley to a 2.95 instead of the 2.75.
![](http://i79.photobucket.com/albums/j130/sworaz/IMG_0906.jpg)
Next got the new pulley on, put the blower belt on, and put the fans back in the car. Also put the air box assembly together.
![](http://i79.photobucket.com/albums/j130/sworaz/IMG_0908.jpg)
Did a mock up mount of the power cooler. Had an issue with the height..couldn't get the hood to close it sits too high....![Bang Head](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_banghead.gif)

Once I can get this powercooler to sit lower I can tighten all the clamps down. Then finish my intank walbro install, fill and bleed power steering and coolant, connect battery and it's ready to go get tuned.

Awesome install... what made you go with the vortech instead of say procharger? i havent heard much about the vortech set up but with the cooler it looks pretty cool, i think it would bug me that the setup is blocking the view of half the engine... good luck with getting it tuned hope there are great results.

Now here's one of the issues I have: the blower sounds horrible...is this normal? When I give it just a little throttle it actually quiets down more than at idle. Strange.
Secondly, something happened when I installed my Walbro intank because my gas tank says it's empty and I know that the tank is nearly full, any ideas? I know this is fuel related so i'll do some searching in the fuel section and post if necessary in that forum.

Sounds just fine and glad you got it running the fuel level float must have gotten caught of something during your install. Looks like you might have to pull it back out after you run some fuel out of it. Always plug it in and make sure it works before you install the fuel pump and sending unit so that you can rule out a electrical failer. GL. Called you back.

The blower is loud! Man you could hear my car coming down the street, it was awesome. The best was pulling into car shows or cruise ins.
sounds like fuel level sensor to me regarding the fuel issue.
make sure the drain line is away from the crank pulley or you 'll puke oil everywhere when it cuts open.
Any other questions lemme know.
I think I have some other pulleys laying around if you are interested.
<Rides a Suzuki now.
