I'm surprised there isn't more interest in this, but I see
very few external fuel pumps that can run at 4 bar head.
Aeromotive makes one but it's like $399 and reputed to
be super noisy.

If you could stand to run 3 bar fuel pressure then you
could parallel as many Ford pumps as you liked... but then
you'd need even more injector.

If twin pumps can't supply your fuel, you might need more
attention to the forward plumbing (diameter). Especially
if your regulation is still back by the tank, how do you
know the relative contributions to overall pressure fade?

A buddy of mine is using an external 340 on his mercedes. I use the magnafuel 4303 and it's been working fine.

Sounds like similiar situation, sorry for slight hijack.
I was about to post but done a search first....

I am running a TT with E85 should make 850rwhp.

I have -
fuel cell
then XXX
into 4L surge tank
then 4303 Magnafuel pump to 1/2" line to indy whites.

The XXX is my missing pump. As stated by all everythings in-tank or $300+ for an inline.

From cell to surge tanks what size pump will do and hold enough fuel for this combo.

Then what pump would be recommended, must be E85.

I'm sure there are plenty using the Bosch 044 with E85 and no problems. I know a good few people in the UK have done.

4 bar is nothing to an 044.

Are you saying a single 044 will handles E85 volume with the extra fuel required with
E85.
Also would 1 044 handle the volume required to the surge/swirl po?

Well you haven't stated your flow requirements, so I've no idea if a single pump will do you. And I've no idea of your main tank design to determine whether an external swirl tank is required
