Would the injectors all i have to do up front??
Also I live about 2 hours away from where i would tune it so how would i go about this, should i MT my tank at home then drive all the way down on E85 to make sure all the Regular fuel is out or what should i do?
On the fuel. Run the gas as low as you dare. Put 2-3 gallons of E-85 in it and run it as low as you dare again. Then fill it up and drive to the tuner. It will run on E-85 until you can get it tuned. Ignore the CEL.
I wouldn't waste $500 on a tune just for the switch. Buy a flash tuner and do it yourself. Then you'll be able to switch between the 2 fuel types.
When you say a flash tune u mean hp tuners?? Is there any other tuner out there that doesn't need a laptop?? I just want the most out of my tune anyways and my motor setup won't change for 2 or 3 years from now while i do my full suspension and rear end...
There are plenty of E85 stations around my area and i when i drive it to work there are 2 gas stations that offer it.
