That looks like the same pump I have. You have the filters directly connected to the pump with unions? Also im guessing you have a 40 and a 100 micron filter..which one goes where? And how do you like the pump? Thanks for the pics guys...keep em comin.

I didn't buy a 'kit' for my car, just bought the fittings and lines from Jegs and made it myself. Not too hard really

They will only be 'effective' if you need the extra fuel. Otherwise, you are just doing it for looks. My fuel system using the stock feed and EVAP as a return along the frame rails should be good up to 750 rwhp from what I've been told. I'm about to put that number to the test as soon as I get my car back together. I paid about $823 for my fuel system ($230 for two Walbro 255 pumps, $193 for a polished FPR, $260 for all the lines and fittings, and $140 for the rails). And another $440 if you want to count the flow matched 60# injectors.

Im gonna need it eventually. I just dont ever want to have to worry about not having enough fuel when the time comes.

im running speed inc rails, 60lb injectors, -8an feed, -8an crossover and a -6 return.

just having a little trouble figuring out how to route everything for the regulator.

i was thinking -8an into the regulator out the regulator to the rails, then crossover and finish with a fuel pressure gauge on the end rather than a plug. some people say it will work but its not traditional. itsfor a boosted motor so id like to make sure its being done right, any thoughts?

Your FPR needs to be AFTER the rails. You will get a pressure drop across the rails. You also need to make sure it is a boost referenced FPR.

Nope, that is not right. Do it like this:

You will need a return, but you can use the stock EVAP as a return as shown here.

what do you plug the rear line with? if you are using the EVAP line as a return line, does it reuse the stock quick disconnect and snap onto the fuel pump module thing? or would it need some sort of modification?

The plug is just a standard NPT plug you can get at any auto parts store or home improvement store. I believe it is 1/4" NPT IIRC. I reused the stock quick connects on the tank side, but used new line. I only used new line because I had some braided -6 left over from doing the engine side, but you could reuse the stock line if you wanted to.
