Default Midwest Fab 9" or Strage 12 Bolt

My car is a DD that will never see over 450rwhp. Which of these two rear ends do you think would be a better choice for me? I like the fact the 9" comes with a Torque Arm, and is a stronger rear end for around the same price as 12 Bolt after buying an aftermarket torque arm.

Since you beening auto the 12 bolt would do you fine so would the s60. But of course the MWC is a extremly nice piece and would recommend them, No complants with mine, Just comes down to $$ and if you have the time.

Hopefully You will consider the S60 as well, it is cheaper than the 12-bolt $2349.00 at regular price versus $2479.00, it is stronger by boatloads than the 12-bolt, comes with larger axles (35-spline compared to 33), has better durability and less gear whine.

The S60's ring gear is 3/4" larger in diameter than a 9", accepts stock style torque arms allowing You to choose Your TA from many mfgs. There are other features but You get the picture.

The S60 is not the "end all" of rearends for the F-body as none are but it is worth considering.

Pm or call for special pricing.

Thanks,
Carl Loder

We appreciate you considering our housing package. You are correct that when buying one of our fabricated nine inch housings you do come out ahead because it comes with a torque arm and cross member. In our opinion is a much better designed one at that, because you do not have to use any bulky brackets that have fitment issues.

How ever comparing the two or even the other options out there really is comparing apples to oranges. You can get our complete package with a posi that has a torque arm and cross member for around the same price as all other rear ends on the market.

If you have any questions just PM me and I am willing to help you with them, we are direct with Moser and Strange, so I can definitely lead you in the right direction based off your needs.

I'm leaning strongly toward MWC Fab9. Really excited to get one installed in my car! The way I see it, I can't go wrong! I have never read ANYTHING negative about their assemblies! Likewise, I have read plenty bad about some others. But, not any Strange assemblies either.
