Question What brand for new gear set?

Ol factory 10-bolt let go, want to rebuild, which company is everyone using?? Plan to go with either 4:11 or 3:90, making about 470rwhp and 440tq

That some pretty good HP for a 10 bolt. probly a reason your 10 bolt let go. You need to upgrade. 12 bolt,s60,9inch. But I always like motive gears, I had richmond in my 10 bolt and they where noise from day one and set up right.

Yea going to upgrade to a mwc 9" but don't have the coin right now, just need to get the car goin right now, thx for advice

bought richmond oringinally but took them back after reading countless threads of gear whine

best brand gear set, would be one that don't fit a 10bolt

For dd, and an occasional red light race action...10bolts are just fine for an a4 anyway.
strip/drag it..might as well invest in a 9 or 12 bolt for your next mod..

AAM aka GM factory gears. Run a solid crush sleeze and weld your axle tubes if you can along with a girdle.
