I run a drag radial with 3.37s and 340 rwhp and haven't had a problem yet with my A4.

I run 3.73s with nitto nt05s cranking out a good amount of hp with a sticky textralia clutch and it holds up just fine here. I don't really drop the clutch, just make sure I'm nicer to it then I was to my 9"

I have an M6

Is there anything I should do to ensure it doesn't happen? like different fluids, parts? anything of that nature

People run shims instead of the crush sleeve to eliminate the pinion angle from changing under a hard launch. When the angle changes the teeth on the pinion usually sheer right off. Still not sure where people go to buy the shim kit though.

a solid spacer (sleeve) is used in place of the crush sleeve.
