yes Im very happy with this rear end.from the start of the install to the end didnt really encounter any problem.as far as noise it had a slight noise.I just finish my other swap on my 35th and its a currie.Ihad a slight problem on the back of the tq.arm touching the tunnel.corrected that and set my pinion angle.all good here.

i voted no because i broke mine after 1 track day. we installed it broke it in the way moser told us to used the proper oil. the problem was that i took longer than 90 days to install it. so even though they can look at it and see no wear thay still made me pay them for parts to reapair it. and then they couldnt tell me what caused the break. i dont mind paying for broken parts but when i told him it had only one track day on it he pretty much called me a liar. i have about 20-30 people in the western forum that know my car and can vouch for my story. like i said i dont mind spending the money i have way too much of it in my car but stand behind your damn product and you will have very loyal customers. no more moser for me.

Im happy with mine, BUT, I bought the rear/axle kit from them and put everything together myself, I heard of a lot of people having gear noise from not being set up right so I did it myself.

Well that sure does sound like service and warranty are pretty much non existent. Wonder how much better strange is though. You would think a rear end would be pretty simple and hard to mess up but of course you can mess up in setting up the gears for sure.

Your kidding me right !?!! You do read the threads on this forum dont you ?? My god man... they take up the majority of the around threads here.

On the other hand, Lethal93TA brings up a good point. You are better off purchasing the parts and having them built by someone else... or if your up to the task, build it yourself.

All in all... your pile of parts are only as good as the guy that is screwing it together.

talked to Moser, they wouldnt do a damn thing for me. I had to take it to get set up elsewhere.

when they checked the pattern, the coast side was WAY off and the drive side was low also.

I hate Moser.

I've had mine for almost a thousand miles now. Been to the track once. Center section was assembled by Driveline Solutions. Very minimal whine at 60 mph but probably should've gone with 4.11s instead of 3.70s. Oh well.

yes he did, as well as "six speeds are especially harsh on these rears, it really needs a 9in at the least" well NO ****.

My favorite of all though, and what i couldnt believe was when I told him i found metal shavings in the gear oil, he replied "anytime theres metal against metal there are going to be shavings, thats normal and nothing to worry about"

they know they can get away with shitty customer service because you HAVE TO either go 12 bolt or 9in. in a f-body and its more than likely gonna be from strange (customer service is just as bad if not worst) or moser.

No problems whatsoever. I have had both a 12 bolt and a 9" from them. I even have the dreaded locker and still love it.
