Default Need suggestions on gears?
What brand of 3.73 should a get gm oem or motive? Is it a good idea to go with a eaton locker for dd? All information will be appriciated.

Im going to do a gear swap this spring and from the research that i have done i would go with gm oem's first but if you want to go with and after market gear go with motive . Talk to jeff at jaws about it he will get you set up ,thats were i am going......not that ,that means much ..

motive and richmond have my vote... People say that one or the other will make some noise... but Its all about install and break in.

I'm running a Motive 4.10 gear installed in the stock 10 bolt. Everything is prtty quiet back there, I guess? My 3" true duals are the only ones making noise!

I have had Motives in My 10 bolt and now my 9" for 2 reasons, Strong and Quiet. I would highly recomend the Motive Performance.
