Same photos here

Looks it's running the 6-pot CTSV brakes up front.

Front fascia looks good and aggro under the net.

Million dollar question now is PRICE.

The plain white text sticker on the dash is just slightly fishy.

I thought the same thing. My guess is that there are a few prototypes with different engine and transmission combos. I suppose there may be a LS7 and a LS9 prototype. I assume there also has to be a LSA/6MT prototype. Or maybe the General just wanted to let us all know what's up.

Yeah but like someone else said whats this thing gonna sticker for. A loaded SS is about 42K and change. We could easily be lookin at a near $60K dollar car or better.

They did this with the pre-pro's back in 07 and 08 too. It has something to do with the test drivers I think. This way they know what to report on after driving.

I'd say $8k more over a SS1 Model. Fully loaded would tip the scales at $50k. That's my prediction. I can't see it costing more than a CTS-V.

The 575 HP supercharged SS in some show rooms are going for $65k-$71K right now. Dealer here on the corner has a Black 2SS supercharged 575hp all decked out $72k out the door.

Yeah if you buy the 4k 21 inch rim option LOL...which is retarded IMO.

The 2SS starts at 34k. The 2SS comes with the boston acoustics stereo and leather obviously. Only other thing some would want to add is stripes and the RS package which is another 2k.

Your not going to spend much more than 38k OTD on a 2010 camaro unless you pick every little option you can find. (GM performance exhaust, subwoofer, 21 inch rims etc). This is not even considering certain discounts etc...a loaded 2ss is not going to cost you anywhere near 42k in most situations. The AVERAGE 2SS is going to cost you 36-38k OTD. Even cheaper with discounts.

The Z28 will be priced comparable to the GT500. Maybe 1-2k more....just like the GT and SS. Why wouldnt this be the case? We will be looking at 50-52k starting in 2012 is my guess. Dont forget the GT500 has a performance package that is 3k (bringing the price to 53k)...which is something GM doesnt do lately....so who knows what the base price will be/what will be included etc?

A little side note. The base price of 31k for a 1SS in 2010/2011 is cheaper than the base price for the z28 in 2002 when adjusted for inflation. The car is a better deal than it has ever been. Especially considering what you are getting. The base z28 in 2002 didnt come with nearly as many features as the 5th gen.
