Default New car leaking coolant

Hey guys..I've had my 2010 ss for about 3 or 4 weeks now..I have 1500 miles on it and decided to do the first oil change..I get the car up in the air and notice that theres coolant on the oil pan and on the side of the block..the coolant is coming from the line that comes out of the side of the block to the oil cooler..I searched and found what I think is a bulletin stating that the fitting could be cross threaded from the factory and the hole needs to be retapped and a new fitting installed. I guess I'm just wondering if any one here has had this problem? I'm kinda bummed I need to take my new car in with a leak already..oh well..thanks guys..I will keep you guys updated.

No big deal..its warranty,it wont cost you a thing. Plus you should be able to get a loaner vehicle till the part arrives,if need be.

Good luck claiming on the warranty. GM is a real huge bitch when it comes to that kind of stuff these days.

i dont see why this would be a problem getting warrantied.

especially since its only a couple weeks old with almost no miles.
