LS3 Ported, Polished and Powder coated Throttle Bodies

We have decided to run a month long sale here on our fully ported, polished and powder coated LS3 throttle bodies. We will be running the sale price of $199 if you need to use one of our cores and $189!! if you send in yours to have the work done. Regular price is $269, which is honestly still a good deal and everyone has been happy with the results for that price.
For that price you get everything that can possibly be done to a LS3 throttle body. Unlike other porting companies we fully disassemble the tb down to the bare casting alone. We dont just take the blade out and port what we can. These are fully ported and polished to a mirror shine.
Another thing that this allows us to do is port behind the blade, there is alot of unnecessary material behind the blade that others will leave. We also remove the front half of the throttle shaft for even more flow, that no one else bothers to do. This allows us to offer hands down the best ported tb out there.
We have yet to have a customer do a back to back dyno test, but should have one here shortly as we have a local customer who will be shortly. But comparing them to our ls2/7 results i would say they are at least 10rwhp and probably closer to 15rwhp on a pretty stock bolt on car.
After all this amazing porting is finished up we prep the tb for the powder coat color of your choice. This isnt like paint that can chip or be ruined by typical chemicals that can come in contact with the tb. This is an amazing super durable finish that will look the same way for years and years.
In the past quite often we have been sent tb's that have already been cnc'd, and while there is still a good amount of material to remove that the cnc machines cant we understand that alot of the material has already been removed for us, thus making out job easier. So we will pass some of the savings onto the customer, with offering $50 off of previously ported/ cnc'd throttle bodies depending on how well they were done.
The only additional charges will be as follows...
Custom powders or expensive powders will be extra, chrome is $10 and typical 2 coat metallics will be $10 extra for the clear coat as well.
Shipping is a flat rate $13 shipped via 2 day shipping with tracking
Core charge is $200 and is 100% refunded once your stock core is received.
On to the pictures, most popular colors are shown, gloss black, flat black and chrome. Here is a link to the ls1 sale that has a ton of other color examples.

I've got the 1st one of these that they did....first rate job on the powder and porting. You're not going to be disappointed in the looks or performance of the throttle body.
Mine's the glossy black one in the images in the first post.
A couple on car shots:

I've also got one of the first throttle bodies done by them.
I couldn't be happier with the quality job! Impressive work!
I just installed it last night, and instantly noticed a improvement in power - especially low-end acceleration.
My Camaro is pretty close to stock (only other mods are cold air kit and tune).
Very pleased with the results, and a great value as well!
Here's a picture of the stock throttle body off my car versus the new and much improved one.![Happy](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_stretch.gif)

My car put down 350rwhp on the dyno before this.
I will have after dyno numbers next weekend!

Got my chrome ported throttle body in today. Just finished installing it along with my chrome K&N typhoon intake. Very simple install. Looks great and really changed the lag in throttle response. If you are contemplating getting one, do it. You wont regret it. Here are a few pics.

I like the polish. I bought a Vmax TB and the surface was rough it still had the cutter marks in it. They said it was to help break the air up as it went in side but it sounded like bullshit to me.
The Vmax is OK but if I had to do it over again I wouldn't have bought one. Someone might have better luck with this one, to me port and polish go hand in hand.
