The whole retro theme is coming back in style. But with this camaro, its just a bit too ugly. It just doesnt appeal as much as the 69 did. I wouldnt plan on getting rid of my 4th gen for that anytime soon.

I Like The Looks Of The New Camaro. Think That It'll Be A Good Addition To The Camaro Tradition.

You have no idea how hard that made me laugh. That was great. I can just picture somebody straping in with there cup of coffee, and basting into the air.

lol, enjoy your 4100+ pound tanks.
And those of you who think the Challenger looks goos obviously havent seen a profile shot. Looks good up until the door then goes from bad to worse as you go back. And dont get me started on the interior. I cant wait til the top dog 5th gen is out, it'll be time to go hunting.

Some of the latest pics I've seen of the challenger make me not like it. It could be just bad angles but the car looked terrible. Rear tail light looked like it was cheaply made. I will look at it once its out, but i'm not buying it.

Nothing could be worse then then retro mudstains....oh wait yea forgot about the challengers, damn they took an awesome concept and murdered it. Nice wheels GONE, Nice body contours GONE, Nice transmission options GONE....at least the 2010 Camaro has alot of the original concept idea still going for it. If its in my finances, yea I think I'll get one.

The market is changing and I don't think it will do as well as some think. Let's hope GM gets the production model right that will apeal to a broad range of buyers. If it doesn't sell it won't last long. Personally, I like it!!!

I'm wondering what everyone expects a retro Camaro to look like? It takes a lot from the old body and power hungry motor.

The upcoming Challenger greatly resembles the 68-71 Charger too.

Granted, I was -17 yo when these came out....

Now when the hell is GM going to revive the Buick GS and Olds 425/455??? These modern bubble beasts aren't lighting any fires!

I didnt like it at first but then I had the chance to see it in person and let me tell you it looks totally different in person and really grows on you. The pre-production on the road looks great IMO. Its not as much of a tank as the pictures, its pretty small actually. Only things I dont like about it will be gone in the production version: the wheels will be smaller and the interior will be different.

I think the Camaro has a chance to take off if the fuel management system GM says they are putting in can keep the gas mileage above 20 in the city on the V8 version and 28 in the V6 version. Not to mention that the 430 horsepower LS3 is going to slaughter Challenger and Mustang at the track. To me the challenger look too much like original for the fiberglass body. Its just doesnt seem to appeal to me that really retro look in fiberglass. JMHO

What a disappointment. I was hoping since 02 that they would bring the Camaro back. They did and it looks like a pile of flaming garbage.
