Zl1 stuff has been out...no test monkeys needed really any longer. Futral down in Louisiana just put one 10 flat in the 1320 with an excellent driver and smart bolt on mods. The majority of zl1's you will see however aren't that impressively quick. It is all in smart money spent and proper tune and seat time.

ZL1s are pretty easy to mod. I havent spent huge amounts of $ and my 24,000 mile daily driver runs 10s at the track and then drives home.

Not sure where you are located but I get all my work done by Matt and Rodney at FSP in Bradenton Fla. Matt is second to none when it comes to tuning. So far my car is putting out 646whp through an auto and runs 10.6-10.7.

Check with FSP, Matt and Rodney often travel to Panama city in the panhandle as well, they often fly out to Texas to do tunes.

Check with shops. As for new, we all have new cars being worked on. Most of the major shops have 2014 corvettes. We have one torn apart now.

Rhino79...GPI...Gwatney Chevrolet in Jacksonville AR...he could put you something together. You can find him on here or you can google up the number and call. Ask for James, Ryan, or Aaron. Ryan will be hard to get on the phone...Aaron or James should answer or call back pretty easy.
I just thought your post was assuming you wanting a 800whp ZL1 was going to get you some special pricing or sponsorship because it hasn't been done. It has been...for sure. GPI can cut you a package deal as could other shops. Just saying don't expect a bunch of freebies. LOL
Being that GPI is a dealer...they could order and sell you the car modded out the gate.

Spend a little time doing research and you'll be able to answer the majority of your questions.

Iv read alot.. just wonder how much boost it can hold safely.. being a supercharged built motor anyways.. I don't want to push it to its limits due to I just bought the car. But on later date.. I will want to upgrade things slowly.. just know alot of u guys already know way more about 5th gens then I do.. it it was a 4th gen fbody.. that'd be different story.. gotta start somewhere tho.. I listen to people to already been there and know

If you upgraded the rods/pistons, I am fairly certain, based on what I have read here, you'd be able to max out the LSA blower without having to worry about the block.

I have a local guy that was trying to run 19 #'s of boost........ It didn't work out to well. I think the sweet spot was around 15#'s. You will run out of fuel before the motor finds a weak spot.
