Default Bi-Modal exhaust for the Camaro? Vote.

Was talking with some of my friends the other day and they think that the new Camaro should have bi-modal exhaust. I am less excited about it...but wondered what a sampling of Camaro enthusiasts would think.

Vote yea or nay and say how much you would pay for it.

I had a rental 08 Vette with dual mode exhaust, and would love it on a 5th gen as well. It's my favorite exhaust so far! My 00 C5 Coupe and 04 Z06 both had Borla Stingers which were beyond loud at all ranges.

Why add weight and cost to a car when people are already complaining about both. It's cool, but not a necessary expenditure IMO.

It would be more worthless fluff on an over weight, over fluffed car.

should definatly be an option!! I'd probably pay $750 or so for it. would eliminate the need for an aftermarket cat-back, not add much weight and is just pretty cool in general.

Your poll choices suck. Very biased. Just yes and no would do

I think it would be a cool feature, but I wouldn't buy it unless it was a 3" exhaust.

that would be something nice to have on aftermarket exhaust...longtubes + bullets + x pipe duals = louder than i would like sometimes driving around town. i doubt they would make anything stock that would be loud enough to irritate your average, non-enthusiast camaro owner.

As stated above, its a modders car, therefore the exhaust is the first thing to go anyway. They can make it an option, but I wouldn't opt for it.

Edit: Unless it was free-flowing enough to use with some LT's

Once again I did not care about the opinions of vaginas that dislike my poll choices. Take a chill pill two. I do not like the wheels on your Camaro, SparkyJJO, nor do I like your Sigpic, LS1CamaroGuy87. However, that is what you ppl like...if I like to write polls with non-yes/no answers I will continue to do so.

Both choices are caustic this time...not biased...because I did not care one way or another. I just wanted to know what ppl think.

"Edit: Unless it was free-flowing enough to use with some LT's"

That is a good question. Are these things free-flowing enough to use with LTs? If so I would want bimodal exhaust the few excess pounds be damned.

How much weight could it possibly add? 4 or 5 pounds? I think it would be a cool option.
