i think every camaro ever made has its own style to it and like before you cant really compare one to another, 4th gen its gojng to be the end of the old school camaro in essence. ..... the camaro has been built the same way since the 60's, a 4th gen is going to always be unique as the 3rd ,2nd and 1st they all represent an era of the camaro and neither can be replaced with another........
im planning on keeping mine and buying a 1969 and or a second gen since thoses are getting harder to get a hold of....buying it when it comes out is not going to be a good idea for me...waiting for an rs/ss version plus i want that car to be the first one that i buy straight from the lot just like i wanted...at this time with my house and **** i cant afford what i would like and i dont want settle for anything........plus first year the car is going to have atleast a 5000 markup......
plus nothing like flooring the car on a turn and see that *** go crazy.....i love how when you floor it the camaro punches you right in the ***** like and american is supposed to, you know everything is working correctly because you can hear it all in your cabin from the tranny, to the rear end to the ****** motor.....the new camaro is going tobe packed with sound deadning irs all that crap......dont get me wrong i love new camaro, but i also have to agree that it's not big, wide and grotesk like a all the other gens, its more civilized, i allways like when people ask me why is you car so wide, loud and big????...i tell them because its a mans car...no ******* ***** car here......
anyway im keeping my **** maybe crap will get a little cheaper now that the attention is going to be somwwhere else.......

it will be more fun to keep the old one and when the new one comes out you will sapnk its *** and then you can laugh at them.
because yours is not only older but its paid for to.
its allways fun to spank other newer cars when they come out it makes those guys pissed.
especially when they got some chick with them.

I just read the whole thread. I have no real opinion on the matter. If you really want one get it. If you can do this without selling your 4th gen more power to you. If you have to let it go, thats a choice you have to make.
I also wanted to say that TRISHIELD is a tool and knows nothing! That was the most ignorant statement I have seen in this forum for a while.

Really, I like the new Camaro. But, as stated before, they probably will cost an arm and a leg and will probably be hard to get within the first year or two considering how many people DO want them.
If you're selling your current f-body in a couple years to buy a new Camaro, keep in touch and maybe we can work out a deal

Then again, I am more interested in a hard roof firebird or another WS6...heck maybe even LS1 or LT1.
Sooo, yes, do sell them. Just let me know when you are ready.

I'm already selling mine, but for financial reasons. I'm anxiously awaiting details on the engine specs of the new camaro's, it's getting downright annoying how long it's taking for them to come out with the details.

I will be keeping both of mine (no need to sell they are both paid off) I am thinking about picking up another one (01 or 02 SS Vert) to add to the collection and they wait until the 3rd year of the 5th Gen and pick one up
