There was a pretty good discussion about the Porsche transaxle a while back in the conversions forum. A guy with a Ultima GTR was using some sort of FI if I recall, but he had some serious concerns about the power handling capabilities of the transaxle.
That aside, I'd like to see one of these in person. I'm kind of curious what the quality would be like.

I have a friend who is putting one of those factory five kit supercars together. Don't ask me which, never really interested me. He has everything except the wrecked C5 donor car. Must be nice having no overhead.

We are building one of these where I work. Its been to three shops before us and all they did was mess it up. The one we are building for a customer has a LS7. It took us a week to get all the wiring straightened out. Talk about a rats nest. We build full custom cars from the ground up, so we are a little picky when it comes to running wires. The only thing I dont like about it is the customer is using mastershift paddles on it. You dont have a shifter at all.

Those things are bad ***!! Earlier this year before I moved to Florida I got to take a tour of there facility. Its pretty impressive. I also got to see one of those GTMs at a local car cruise. Pretty impressed with the price.

Factory Five is probably the best kit car manufacture out there. I've seen one of the their Cobras up close, and it was nice, quilaity weld around, excellent fit and finish. If you're building a driver and not a show, the layout of the wiring probably won't be too much of an issue. I'm digging the GTM though, damn near supercar performance at a fraction of the price. And plenty of style to boot.
