Look on Ebay for Factory Helms manuals. They are year specific and range from $50 to $100 for a set.

There are three total. I think I bought mine a year ago for $100. It's easier to buy them separate as its rare finding them in the 3 pack.

+1 for Ebay. Found a used set myself there for $60. Try Google and Amazon, too. Even Bookfinder website might have some cheap used copies.

Are you guys talking about the aftermarket manuals? I have a set of '98 F-Body GM manuals. I believe there are 4 of them. 1 for general, 1 for electrical, 1 for mechanical, and i think I have one specific to the transmission. I am going to have to go out into the garage tomorrow and look for sure now. I am pretty sure there are 4 manuals. I will post tomorrow and let you know. Are the factory manuals worth more than the aftermarket manuals?

We are talking about the GM service manuals, published by GM. Helm Inc is a factory authorized seller and reproducer. I figure Luck's looking for the '02 F-body set. Don't know how many volumes that is on an '02. Probably like Angel says.

1999 is a 3 manual set, BUT there may be supplements or updates, too, in any year model. Found On Road Dead seems to like putting the supps/updates out, you really have to search to make sure you get the volumes you need with them. Don't know how GM is about that.

Don't know how many "aftermarket" publishers that may be, like Haynes. Maybe 4 or so?

If memory serves, i think the '99 set, brand spankin' new, goes around us$140? That sound right, anyone?
