I've never been a fan of those wheels, but it looks like you did a nice job cleaning them up.

I think you need to drop the car and then I can get a better feel for the wheels.

I used a dremel to get the paint off the lip. Dont worry about taping off unless u want to waste about 45 mins doing it.. and get some paint thinner if u get some on the tires..

Car looks pretty beat up but just like my car you probably drive the **** out of it.
You did a good job on the rims but you should have took your time masking it man those jagged edges make it look really bad.
Either way its your car and im sure the rims were pretty fucked up before hand so good job.

Its not jagged, that passenger rim is bent, 2 rims were almost spotless except around the stud holes. the other two looked pretty badd with chips and flakes. I paid 95 bucks for them without tires the wanted 125. and i sanded the lips with a dremels and used a polishing wheel. My bad they're LT1 SS wheels, so they were aluminum, not chrome. By the way, i only paid 3600 for that car.

Def drop it!

Wheels look good tho. I thought about painting my ZR-1's but they are in good shape and I want to keep them original. I'll probably get an extra set of black ones later in 11 wide.
