Default 2010 Pontiac Trans Am is Being Built

I saw this in the Pontiac Performance Magizine. GM can no longer build them so someone else is. It looks very good by the pics I have seen and has 2 different options. I would love to have one.

It may take a while with special order but its there.

And that is as close as anyone will ever get in making a new T/A.

The front looks great but it's missing an emblem, not really liking the rear.

It may look sweet...but at the end of the day it's still a Camaro with a body kit. I think I'd rather have no T/A than a "T/A" with Chevrolet on the title.

A Chevy on the title and a Chevy engine under the hood...sounds like a Chevy with a body kit...it's looks don't do much for me but I am not a big fan of the 5th gen car anyway.

It's not that they can no longer build them...they killed the Pontiac brand off. What would they make it....a Buick?

So now we get an aftermarket version that is a first/second gen all in one....looks weird to me. I'm waiting for GM to drop the hammer on this deal.

That's basically what the Firebird was from '82-'02.

Pretty much what a 4th gen was really, they look really similar in ways to a camaro and both come with the LS1 5.7L . I'm not a fan of the 5th gen either way too bulky looking to me and more of a luxury car than sports.

put me in the crowd saying its just the same as before. from the 3rd gen on up to the end of the 4th gens, they were sister cars, same basic stuff with some minor differences. i think they should just let it die. id hate for it to come back without a true Pontiac badge. plus the t/a needs to take what the 4th styling was going for, and evolve it, set it apart from the Camaro.

needs wider headlights. i dont understand why they try to turn the car into a second gen looking trans am when the body style is designed after the first gen cars.
