I'm in the process of putting 4.10's in my DD and therefore would like to have an accurate speedometer.
It's a Manual, and I may just have a speeding problem....
So my license being on probation, it would make me feel really stupid getting a ticket and losing my license.... again... just cause i don't know excatly how fast i'm going. So please what must be done to recalibrate my speedo for 4.10 gears? Yes it was accurate before with the stock gears

If I was you I would talk to Frost & get a mail order tune.

It would be cheaper than a hand held tuner & the tune will
be better.

Actually, not recalibrating it might help with the tickets since it will show faster than you are actually going. Mine read 2 or 3 mph slower (at 70mph) than I was going and now after the gears it reads 2 or 3 mph faster than I am actually going. I have not bothered to have it changed.
