Default Knock-Off Smooth Bellow

Got this for $40 total on ebay. Haven't put it on yet, but out of the box it looks like a fairly accurate reproduction of the SLP version. Anyone else have one of these, opinions/comments?

i got one about a year ago, landed it for $25 shipped on ebay. it worked pretty well, only had to trim it a bit off of one end so my lid would clip on correctly

I've been using one for more than two years without a problem.

I've had the same ebay piece for over two years now.

Fitment is nice and I don't recall what I paid for it, but I know it wasn't outrageous.

I paid $28 plus $12 for shipping. Still overpriced for what you get, but it is well constructed, and will look purdy in my engine bay.
Also, is the consensus still to boil it a little bit before installing? Would rather not, but I'm all for working smarter, not harder.

Thought the Fernco didn't have the bend needed for proper fitment? Doesn't have the clean cut notches, and lacks the nice silicone appearance as well. Either way, whatever works................
