You get what you pay for...

My friend at work and I where just talking about cut-outs. I was looking at a remote cut-out in a Summit catalog. But it was a cable remote, not electronic.

I've heard through him people experience the actuators going out in the electronic ones. I would lean towards a cable remote out of personal preference just for that reason.

Yea, i know DMH and QTP make good cut-outs, I found one of these local and for a good price, just trying to find out if anyone has ever used a "Raceland" cutout before. Also its a 3" and I'm wondering if it would fab up on my stock I pipe.

Ewwww stock, I personally hadn't even though about a cut-out until I had the entire exhaust replaced up to the manifold. Actually I had a cutout made from a threaded pipe removed that the previous owner had put on before I replaced everything.

just my 2 cents.

If the price is right, buy it. Yes a 3" will work fine with the stock I pipe. Just went and looked, raceland is a cheap "ebay" cutout. If it was new I wouldn't go over 75 (they can be had on ebay for 108 I think) used not over 50.

they're 108 on ebay with free shipping. A guy says he has one brand new for 100. If it is what he says it is, I'll probably get it. thanks.
