Congrats on your new purchase! I just sent off my loan info on this, hopefully ill be driving it tomorrow http://www.44automart.com/newandused...ICE.aspx#Notes
Got him down to 18K, a bit overpriced but its worth it to me. You finally get the price lowered a bit on yours? You will love the Firehawk, it looks so much cleaner then a WS.6

Congrats but that is alot of money to spend on a F-Body. Also about your question when you insure it,the insurance card will read Formula/Trans Am. It's just common that they are listed this way because they are V8 Firebirds along with what everyone said. Hopefully you will love the car for a very long time! BTW time for a new phone. The video quality sucks on that one lol. Congrats

To me, a modded Firehawk is worth 0 over a regular production Formula/TA unless it comes with the original parts. And I wouldn't pay up for mods that I wouldn't be keeping long term.

The car drove perfect. Clutch was good, body condition was great. My cousin that has a built Z06 test drove it and said it was a good strong car and shifted no problem. I put money down on the car.
The owner clearly wanted the cam just for the sound and lope. I believe it had the stock intake, so he spent all that money just to have the sound of a cam, not to build a car completely. The tune was good aswell.
If all works good with the bank I should be the new owner!
I will obviously be changing some. things on it, but overall it was a good strong car that was not beat on.

Because I've wanted a black ws6/firehawk since they came out in Jr. High. I was in the market year before last for one/vette after I sold my mustang and lost my job. Fast forward over a year and I compromised into a much cheaper car just so I could enjoy something.
I'm just jaded that its like a car I can't have.
