Yeah this one is priced a just a little high compared to others. KBB has these priced at $15,500. I was thinking about shooting him an offer around that. But that wing has me thinking if its a real firehawk?

You make it sound as though the car could be had no other way, which is not the case.
While you could have ordered an alternate Rear Spoiler on a 2002 Firehawk, that doesn't mean a Firehawk from this year couldn't have the factory "Whale Tail" Spoiler. Installing a different spoiler from SLP was an option for these cars, but not every Firehawk has one.
My advice for the O.P. would be to inquire whether or not the owner still has the original Firehawk wheels or any other original equipment that has been removed or modified. If these items are available, for the price being asked, they had better be included in the deal. If not, the price needs to come down.
Other than that, it looks like a cool car.

Nice looking car man. If you're really serious about it, run a carfax on it. That information will give you a layout of the questions you need to ask the seller. And obviously, try and get it for cheaper than $17,500.

I am going to go and take a look at it on saturday. Any other tips or suggestions you guys have??

Looks like a nice car. Sounds like he took care of it. Try and haggle him down to $15000. Myself personally, I don't think I would pay more than $16000 for it. It all depends on how much you really want it.

I really want it, but not for $17500. He said he had it listed at $20,000 for a while. He also said he's not completely firm on the price and willing to work a little.
Maybe I can tell him to keep the wheels and I'll take the stockers to get it down to 15k. I could go without the wheels for now, pay it off then buy wheels.
Then stupid me forgot to ask if its ever been in an accident or has a salvaged title blah blah blah. I will find that out though....

If it's a real Firehawk, you'll see the "WU6" RPO code on the SPID sticker found on the driver's door jamb. If you want to verify this code before seeing the car, you'll need the car's VIN. You can then take the VIN and either have a GM dealer run the number through the VIS system, or plug the VIN into a site like compnine.com. Either way, you'll be able to see a full list of the car's original options, and you can look for the WU6 code.
