Finally bit the bullet
Well, I finally sold my poop-*** V6, and got something with some *****. It's a 2001 Trans Am, i know it has some sort of SLP Loudmouth on it, and I want to say its a loudmouth 1, but i dont know of anyway to tell, but the guy said he was almost sure it was one. It has an SLP lid, smooth bellow, FTRA kit and thats all I know of. It is a bit of a project, has a few paint issues, but nothing worth immediate attention, I will get pics up soon, this OH rain is killing me. Nice to finally have something worth modding, and flooring I guess next is to do some free/ cheap mods, first i think will be manual fans, pretty easy to do from what i hear, and nice to have at the track and the stop and go traffic im in a lot.

No, warrenty was an extra 1800, 2 years unlimited miles, even covers coils, but the way i see it is that 1800 now is cheaper than a 2 grand rear end replacement soon

Pics or ban! I know I was sure excited when I went from my 3.4 V6 to a Trans Am, my first one was an LT1, and it was a blast. Now my LS1 is even moreso.
Don't feel too bad about the price, that's not an extreme price for one in good condition.. I actually paid $11.5k for mine, with no warranty, but I don't care because I was willing to pay for the EXACT car I wanted, and I got it. SOM WS6 M6, with rare Camel interior, almost bone stock. 92k miles when I bought it still happy to this day.
