Default Ls1 problems staying running: help me

I was driving my car this morning and pulled into the parking lot and pulled past my spot as I was going to back into it, I then went to put it into reverse and as soon as I did that it died, so since I was on a small hill I put it in neutral and just rolled out of the way. I then took the key totally out and then tried to start it again and it started right up and went into reverse with what seemed to be some strain so once I was in my parking spot I sat and tried shifting it a few times (it is automatic even though I'm not sure that matters) and it seemed like it shifted harder then normal even though it does have a shift kit on it. I then tried turning the wheel and the engine seemed to not be idling as well when I did that (worse then if I was just sittting there doing nothing). I have been hearing a high pitched kindof squeaking noise when I press the gas which was what I assumed to be a vacuum leak as it has been getting slowly louder but I didn't know it would affect the shifting of the car or have all these effects of the leak got to big. Does anyone have any ideas for my problem or what could be causing it all? I'm kinda a noob and hopefully I am posting this in the right spot!

I would scan your PCM and see if you have any codes.

Yeah I was going to take it to a shop later today and was just trying to get an idea of what else could be happening so I can get a general price range.

Some PCM codes will not turn the light on right away. But it will store any fault codes in the memory.

Looks like possibly o2 sensor and emissions air pump, will update if it fixes it.

Well replaced those two and it sounded better, drove it once and put it in the garage for the weekend then took it out today and it sounds like its back to how it was, looking at the transmission next but now I have a soft knocking noise from the engine, the check engine light is back on, and the whole sound of the car sounds deeper or more throaty, definitely sounds like it's struggling to shift.
