That's a LS3 intake so, LS3 or 6.0 with LS3 top end (Nope I'm wrong). What is head casting #? Stamp on left/front of block?

It has cathedral heads.

So I’m buying this 69 camaro ragtop from an auction house who is settling an estate and having the car shipped to me so it very difficult for me to get any other pics besides these from when the car was built. I’m just concerned it’s a 5.3 lm4 as I was told it was a 6.0

Its a GM LS2 intake manifold.
Without closer pictures of the engine, there is no identifying it.

Ha, you right. I was focused on the second picture (beauty cover on intake and the MAP in the front). OP still needs to check block for stamp.

Rectangular (LS3) intake needed for rectangular port heads. Any cathedral intake will fit cathedral heads.
The best way to tell 5.3/4.8 from 6.0 is the stamp I referred to. Can you get someone to take a picture?
