Default Obs swap
I have a 2003 5.3 out of a Yukon. Harness throttle body and pcm from 99 Silverado.(drive by cable)pcm tuned vats deleted doesn’t take throttle unless tps is unplugged.changed tps still same thing. Any help is appreciated thanks.

Are all the parts from the '99 Silverado known working parts? Harness/PCM?

Swapped another harness still same… ecu ran on another swap before I installed and had tuned No codes either

I would suspect the PCM tune. Was the tuner local to you?

Tuner is local. Could timing be off and cause this. I did put a new oil pump and timing chain in it.
(runs great with tps unplugged)

The tuner should be able to make an educated diagnosis by looking at the information when hooked up to your vehicle while it is running.
