Default 98 vs. 02?

I have a 98 Trans Am M6 (50,000 miles)with a lid and cutout, where do i stand against a 2002 Trans Am M6 (60,000 miles) with the exact same mods???

Not 100% true. The LS6 intake will net the '02 a couple more ponies but not enough to really make a difference. Driver will definately be the factor in this race.

It's pretty much a driver's race.
only thing the 02 will have that you don't is a factory ls6 intake.

ok wait.... before we get caught up on all the little differences between the years.

YES the 02 will have that itty-bitty DYNO advantage. this isnt DYNO racing.

I wouldn't worry about such a minor difference. It's not like you're a pro drag racer looking to cut a thousandth here or there off your e.t.

It will definately be a drivers race. The 02 has a little more power but not enough to make a huge difference.
