Default 230k mile LS1, pretty clean!

I saw this on craigslist the other day, looks pretty nice for that many miles. Gotta love the LS1.

Aren't those Firebird wheels on it? I mean, they look good. I like them better than Z28 wheels. I don't know why, but they look wrong to me. Now, I love Y2K C5 rims on Camaros, but for some reason Firebird rims seem wrong on a Z28.

This, I think, is just about the cheapest price for a good running, good condition LS1 F-Body that I have seen on here. I think I've see a $5500 one on here though.

umm 3 grand? let's be real here. If it's really a clean ls1 that drives great, once you get to "high milage" it doesn't gradually go to zero. My point is, you're not going to find ANY good ls1 for under a certain price. I would guess that level is not going to be much less than 6 g's.

Oh, and I was browsing ebay for a good deal on ws6 wheels for mine a while back, always thought it would look great, and now that I see it, I think I was right. That looks hot.

I was looking through the pics again and unless im going blind that is SOM, SOM wasn't a color option in 98, in fact it wasnt introduced til 2001. Does that seem fishy to anyone else?
