I found a part number to plug the hole in the intake when getting rid of the EGR its 12558346

Is there any more part number to plug the hole on the manifold? What else do I need to delete it totaly?

i got mine from autozone i think. when you tighten the screw or nut, it spreads the rubber to cover the excess gap

The plug everyone is referring to is a freeze plug.

I would go with the kits that Speed Inc. or SJM Manufacturing sells.

go to your local auto parts store buy a 1 3/8 freeze plug one of the rubber work better they expand when you tighten the nut or one of the brass freeze plugs work sufficently tap it in the egr port in the top of the intake as far as manifold or header block offs i took the air and egr off my car and cut the pipes off the flanges took and used them as a template cut out a few pieces of sheet aluminum i had laying around in the shape of the flanges drilled holes for the bolt holes and used new egr and air gaskets istalled them gasket block off then flange and i havent had any leaks or problems out of mine i believe it costed me a total $3 in parts note i removed this equiptment when i installed my headers so the egr and air gaskets came with header gaskets
