How can I find out what options my SS Camaro came with from the factory?
-rear end differential?
-dual dual catback?
-suspension?

Can I just call SLP with my Vin# to find the equiped options?

all autos came with 3.23 gears, and six speeds came with 3.42's. I am also pretty sure there was an option for leather, or regular seats, because I have seen a couple ss cars with regular seats. I think suspension was the same throughout. other options were the slp grille, and center mount exhaust, thats all I can think of

The car is a 35th LE SS build #706. It has the 35th anniversary seats and the GU5 option for 3.23 gears. I was just wondering about the rest.

You can look it up code by code and know exactly what you car has - use the search to find a thread with all the codes in it. i forgot where it was..

yes you call slp and they can give you all the info your lookin for i forgot what they called it but they can tell you a lot about your car.

my 00 SS is the same thing as your buddies, but with pl, pw ac and cd

anyway call SLP they'll tell you your build number (which you already know) and every option that came with your car. or you can go to any chevy dealership and ask their service department to print up the RPO code list and vehicle history for your car. good luck!

Just get all your RPO codes and put them in here and it will tell you all the manfacture options. On my SS it has a sticker on the passenger side door with all the options it got from SLP. The only thing it didn't have was the CME, it orginally came with the Dual Dual but the PO put a borla system on.

if you call a Chevy dealer with your vin they can print out a page with all of the option codes on it
they did that for me when I bought mine

Hahaha the best license plate I've seen.

And BTW, all your RPO codes are listed on a sticker on the driver side door so you could check what all of them mean.
