Full boltons!!
#2
LID, bellows, maf, intake manifold, nitrous, cold air intake (ssra, slp flo pac), ud pulley, headers,y pipe, catback, or true duals, throttle body. I suppose you could count gears, stall for the a4 guys, and all the suspension goodies however they dont produce power they just aid in getting it to the ground. that should be a good start im sure there are some items i missed.

Nitrous would be a "power adder", not a bolt-on.
LID
Ported MAF
Bellows
Ported TB
LS6 intake
Headers
High flow or no cats
Y-pipe and catback or true duals
That's the important stuff. I guess you could take the ported MAF out of that list because it's debatable whether or not it does anything. UD pulley, electric water pump, and ported maf are all borderline pieces. They may make a difference, they may not. But they certainly can't hurt.

This has been discussed in great detail before:

You've been here since 05 and still dont know that nitrous isnt a bolton

I personally dont consider it a power adder in the same catagorey as say a turbo or supercharger just because it is temporary power, you will run out eventually so relying on it for constant power is pointless.

judging by your sig you should be making around 330 to the rear wheels, add an ls6 intake and gain a few more, add a decent sized stall and loose about 10hp.. but remember HP numbers arnt everything, your car will be much faster stalled then with the stock converter even though your numbers will be lower

Horsepower numbers should only be used for tuning. You can't race a dyno, but if you tried, it'd probably make for a good youtube video.

Uh oh... this topic will go all over the place... I guess if you want to be truly literal... bolt on would include heads, headers, cam, all that good stuff. Me myself consider bolton's to be the cheap stuff that'll help make a little power... U/D pulley, lid, catback, those sorts of things.
