the car wasnt moving. I asked her 3 times and told her what would happen if it happened again. I am not a women hater at all, I have more respect for my wife than the good lord himself. never layed a finger any girl. If a guy did it same thing would happen.

I would have been a coward if I went back on my word

seriously, I would make the dumb chick pay for it, and if she refuses, sue her for it. That's just stupid. Sure you'd be single, but you can find a new girl that's not that....lacking in good judgement.

Right?? I've also tried pulling my e-brake, doesn't do jack ****. Brake light comes on, but doesn't affect car. Holds the car though when parked so I'm guessing it still all works back there.

Lmao, you think she would have listened the first or second time. Guess she needed a wake up call, eh? lol.

I've heard some girls (don't mean to sound sexist, btw) do some pretty fucked up crap, but this is definitely going in top #5. I say you make her pay for it or atleast split the costs, don't let her get off with a little slap on the wrist. And next time, don't drive a car without insurance.

Respect is earned and you've certainly not earned any respect by
driving without insurance and wrecking your car. The bottom line
is that you are legally and financially responsible. Grow up and accept
the consequences for your actions instead of crying about it on the
internet.

So how did pulling on the brakes cause this crash?
Top fuel cars use this type of braking system (rear wheels) without crashing. Have ever you seen their rotors at the top end? White hot.

Seems like there may be more hidden inside the yada yada yada part of this story.
For real, this story sounds like . Applying your e brake at highway speeds is not going to be that big of a deal unless you were really haulin *** and cranked the wheel all the way to a steering lock. Even then its not going to lock up F&F style. If ANYONE ever pulled my e brake i would be on it in a flash to release it, what did you do?

Anyways I would cut your losses and sell it and have your "hot" girlfriend pay for it, or at least a portion b/c thats Fing ridiculous.

Well thats why they have insurance for people like you........ If you loved the car so much you shouldn't have driven it without insurance.

I completely agree. Just sell the car and move on. Unless you have a lot of know how you're gonna spend a lot of money to fix it and even so it will never be perfect again.

i would with out question make someone pay for that, yea he didnt have insurance but the reck wouldnt have happend had she not pulled the e brake
to me thats no different than if she had backed her car into the Z while parked in the garage that damage is her fault despite the insurance situation

use EBay, junk yards, and the classified ads on here to find parts. and make the gf pay to have it all put together and painted then trade it in on a new one. If my gf did that and i was in a room with her and 2 werewolves and had a gun with only 2 silverbullets i'd shoot her....twice.

hmm.. am i the only one who doesn't believe your story...? noone is stupid enough to pull the ebrake at speeds like that unless they're drunk/high/or not all their dogs are barking. You just screwed up and wrecked the car on your own didnt you.

If by some stretch your girlfriend DID actually do what you claimed, why would she go on an uninsured shakedown run with you anyway if she is so easily freaked???
