Default Looking at a 2002 SS LE, how much should I pay?

Like the title states, Im looking at a 2002 Camaro SS Limited Edition 35th Anniversary Car. I have a deposit on the car and am still negotiating. Its fully loaded, T56, All SLP options(Dual/Dual & Blackwing, etc) with 32,000 miles. It is a 2 owner car, clean title(ran carfax). I am sitting right now at $20,600 out the door. This is the exact F-Body ive wanted since I first saw them in 01-02, and can now finally afford it.

Thanks for opinions!!

EDIT: PIX ADDED!!!

Hope you guys like!! I know I do! Its stock(maybe forever???) its about to be in a garage!!

Talking Camaro SS LE

What part of Ohio are you in? The only question I have is, why has it already had two previous owners? Make sure you go over it with a fine tooth comb. If it truly is legit, go for it. I bought my SS last november with 48K for 18.

I could not tell you why it had 2 owners, They only had it a year, and the 2nd had it until it hit the dealer. Im actually in NC right now.

Now, Im running into a problem, my bank is telling me the car isnt worth 20k, they are only willing to finance 19k. Thats fine with me except, if its more than 20k, they will finance for 72 months, if its less, they will only go 60 months. I want 72 b/c of the cheaper payments. It would likely be paid off well before 6 years but I like the cheaper payment option.

so you need 1k more to finance it for 72 months? if so id just do that and use the extra money you needed to finance towards paying the first set of payments.

Yeah, I want to but the bank doesnt recognize the car as a collector's model, only an SS. They will only finance 19k so I have to put 1k down at this price. I would gladly finance 20k.

Probably worth low 20's. So looks like your right on the money. Since its a 6 speed car its more valuable also in a collectors sense.

Worth $19K. That's why its what the bank will give you. I'd put in the extra $1500 if I were you.

Well, I picked up the 35th LE today! It's pretty frickin gorgeous if I must say. Not perfect but is a 6 speed and only 31k miles. I ended up getting it for $18,500.

The only part that sucks is that whoever owned it(or dealership) took off the CME and ground effect and now it just has tailpipes. So I'm looking for that setup again. It looks like I could put some chrome tips on easily though. It also has a ridiculous "revolver" shift ****, so Im going to get the Hurst SLP shift ****. Overall, Im happy with the sale though and I have already got a few looks and thumbs up!!
