So far here is my list...plz add to it or tell me what to get instead of something else. Like LCAs instead of panhard bar etc.... I'm hoping to get this done for me in the spring, and try to accomplish some of it by myself
Current: LTs, Y-pipe, exhaust, lid
Spring time: Cam, valve springs, hardened push rods, timing chain, ported ls6 oil pump, sub frame connectors (weld in?). DRs, rims, strano springs, shocks, panhard bar, 3.73s, under drive pulley
Current: LTs, Y-pipe, exhaust, lid

Sounds like you've got it all in order,...i'd leave out the springs/shocks/panhard til after the 3.73's and UD pulley though personally. And yes,...weld in Subframes! And Dont forget a TUNE! Oh and LS6 Intake of course

The guy at the shop, also recommended the intake. So when I install a healthy cam say high 220/ low 230. How much hp could that intake help me get. Yes a tune will be done as well. I was quoted 400. I hear he is good, so is that a decent price? Should I get a stall or am i begging for a new rear end and tranny? I think this would be a good start, I'm not sure I need it quite yet

I thought for a second...how did u know i wanted around 400? haha..sorry the price for the tune was 400...and yes i'm shooting for 400rwhp as well. So should I go a little bigger since it's not a daily driver? It's more of a weekend, go have fun car, take on trips car. Thx for the input...

Might want to add a healthy stall before or during the cam install, but other than that the rest of what you have listed is either already on my car or something I plan on adding in the future.

How much are you going to have to spend total? Are you going to be installing these yourself? If not you'll have to cut your list back so you can afford labor.
Personally I would forget the cam and everything to do with it right now and also the pulley. Pulleys are not worth the money/gain ratio IMO. You already have the exhaust set next I would do suspension. LCA's and brackets, TA, SFC's and PB.
Your cam needs to be matched with your stall and gears so until you figure that out I'd wait on that stuff.
