ive been thinking about selling my full bolt on 98 ta and getting a vette i love the f bodys but i keep seeing vettes for good deals.. what would you guys do keep the ta and keep going with it or get a vette????

depends what you want out of you car? ive thought about it but vettes are quickly becoming the white trash sports car

There should be a counter for how many times this question has been asked on here lol i know i`d be in that little counter some place. I asked myself the very same question not long after i got my TA. It all really boils down to personal preference and affordability. I know once i can afford it i`m getting me a Vette but i`m keeping the TA to give to my son when hes old enough to take care of it the right way.

The white trash sports car comment made me laugh. Everyday I see more people who could never afford a new Vette driving a C5 as their only car.

It sucks seeing a car that I like being driven into the ground by people who said "For 20 grand I might as well be driving a 'Vette every day"

Keep the TA. The Vettes may be fast and expensive, but they don't look as good. No contest.

who cars about who drives corvettes. if everyone buys vettes thats more races and it shows that less people want to drive **** box rice and minivans.

i've got my vette but it's a built summer toy lol i drive my truck otherwise Good times. If you need or use the back seat, don't get a Vette. But if you don't use the backseat for more then a CD case and a jacket and can afford the extra for the C5 then go with a Vette. You won't regret it. They are AWESOME, Fun cars.~Cole~

all depends on what you want out of the car, personally i would loveee to have a black or blue c5 z06 i think there some of the sexiest cars ive ever seen but with only 2 seats and being priced so much higher its unreasonable for me

also i dont know about your personal situation but if i traded in my ss for a vette i wouldnt be able to afford any mods so your bolt on TA is prob faster than a c5

If your talking about getting a C5 vette, keep the TA!! Same motor, cheaper car,parts, and insurance. I dont graded from a 99 C5 to a 99 SS, and i love it!
