Default Choking sound when letting off throttle

Sometime when I let off the throttle (or downshift) I get a gargling or choking sound. I think it's the exhaust, but not totally sure. Anyone have any ideas?

Can it be fixed? It's really annoying, kinda makes me worry.

I have longtubes, offroad y-pipe, and a cut-out. The car is loud, and it pops and gargles even louder. I cant say how much backpressure i have, but i doubt thats it. Never bothered me though although girls think its stupid.

ya i had a cut-out 2, and it would pop and gargle too whn being let off the gas, which is normal and is due to backpressure, i was running longtubes,cut-out and a stock catback and i got sick of it so i took the cut-out off and put a magnaflow system on there...and tht totallt eliminated the popping, and sometimes there is a slight gargle but it is barely noticeable

manaflow is like a big oval glasspack so it will get rid of alot of noise, especially compared to a cutout, its not a chambered muffler.

Actually its a lot louder then you all are describing, it sounds like something rolling around in there.

I've never heard the sound come from another car, so that's why it worried me.

Exhaust is stock.
