What the hell kinda of question is this? The Z is superior in every category. You may be able to make 450 hp but the TA isn't as light,doesn't handle as well and is nowhere close to the WOW factor of a Z06

im going through the same problem and have been thinking A LOT the past couple months. First of all, i know a heads/cam 346 isnt going to cut it for me. I know im going to have to put a bigger motor and likely a procharge in it which will Good luck man, i feel ya!

Exactly. Yeah a 2007/08 ZO6 is awesome no doubt about it but it's also $70,000 to $75,000 like the OP mentioned. Judging from what the '07s sell for its going to be worth about $10,000 less a year later. But if you have that kind of money to spend on a vehicle I would say go for it but if not then spend a quarter of that price on your TA and make it badass!

yea what kinda question is this? you will spend a fraction of the cost on the WS6 to go the same speed in the 1/4 but do you go to road courses and autox a lot more than drag race? If so then a Z06 would be your best bet, but if you just drag race it, save money and just mod the WS6.
