that is one of the provisions for the AIR system, and it goes to a black cylinder looking thing that has several other tubes comming off it. i had and idle problem that had somewhat to do with a vacuum line being disconnected.

Agreed, part of the AIR system, if you currently have or are planning on getting headers this can be deleted and removed.

I have Texas long tube headers with egr, cat and air pump delete. What can I do with it if its not being used? I noticed it starts to have a vacuum on it after a few mins of running.

Pull the rubber 90 degree fitting off and cap it. Anyone know if this hose or the place it connnected has anything to do with the cruise control system. I deleted my AIR and i lost my cruise.

It shouldnt, if you disconnected the air system under the fusebox on the drivers side, I would check to make sure that you didnt unplug cruise control as well.

Push the 90* angle on top of one of the bolts that hold the coil packs on. It's a perfect fit. No more vacuum leak.
