Mine whistled at idle until I changed the AC belt, it had loosened up over the years.

Default Figured out my Whining/Rattly noise under the hood

I'm pretty sure its one of the idler pulleys...i don't think its ne of the pulleys on the AC cuz...it still squeaks when there turned off..but when ac's on the pitch changes so who knows..

How much is it to replace all the pulleys???
\
ne pulleys i could buy that are better stronger?...more for a Mod

Not sure exactly what you're asking for. Are you talking about the tensioners? Here are some part numbers.

You can probably replacements for this stuff through places like Autozone, Advance Auto Parts, etc. If you want original GM components, think you have to get them through a GM dealer. Try calling SDPC (sponsor) if you need somewhere to order from.

power steering pump pulley = 12559885
LS1 drive belt tensioner (power steering pump and alternator/generator) (98-02) = 12560344
LS1 AC compressor belt tensioner (98-02) = 12560345
