Undo the motor mount on that side and jack up the engine, then the bolt comes out. When you reinstall it, put the nut on top, that way if you ever have to do it again it will save you some time.

And which ones should I use? Polyurethane? Etc most of my bushings are shotttt as in tearing,,

You could replace them if you wanted. The way I am telling you to loosen them, you wouldn't actually be removing the mount, just pulling the bolt out that holds it together. Actually changing them is kind of a bitch. I would go with stock replacements, as poly mounts will transmit a lot of noise and vibration to the inside of the car.

I put a wood block under my oil pan and jacked it up there.

I cut it off and replaced it inverted with a Grade-8 or metric grade 10 bolt of the same thickness but short enough not to hit the oil pan.
